Modularity has been incorporated into the Citi Chef 40, broadening your cooking options once again; create a paella, grill, barbecue, bake or roast with confidence – swapping surfaces couldn’t be easier!
The unit comes with a ceramic coated BBQ Grid 40 and removable pot stand for use with your own pots and kettle. The porcelain enamelled fat pan will simply lift out to wipe clean after catching all surplus cooking juices and fats during cooking.
Your gas supply
Our Citi Chef 40 barbecues will run off either Butane or Propane gas, which regulates between 28-30mBar (Butane) and 37mBar (Propane).
We don’t supply a regulator and hose with any of our barbecues. As they can be run from multiple gas sources there isn’t one single regulator which can be used for all the different gas sources. Therefore our regulator and hoses are sold separately, so that our customers can make sure they have one that is appropriate to their gas source.
